- Complete the forms that can be downloaded from our website or that we will send you by email or by mail.
- Make copies of any lawsuits that have been filed against you.
- Make a copy of your most recent Federal 1040 Income Tax Return.
- Make copies of the payroll check stubs as advised by our office at the time you scheduled your Free Office Consultation.
